Experimental and simulated data for reproducing modelling results

Abstract: This data publication supports the main research findings in our study on Nanobody-mediated neutralization of candidalysin and its role in preventing epithelial damage and inflammatory responses, contributing to the pathogenesis of vulvovaginal candidiasis. The dataset comprises both experimental data and simulated results, essential for replicating and understanding the model's predictions and conclusions.
